REQUEST FOR TRUE INDOOR BONSAI OR MICRO-LOBSTER ASSISTANCE. First, identify the Fuku-Bonsai model number. When and where did you obtain it? When did you first notice the problem? How quickly are symptoms increasing? Please describe the symptoms. What actions have been taken since you noticed the problem? Have you ever fertilized the plant? Describe fertilizer, how much, when? Describe watering technique and frequency. Does it still have leaves? Is any of the trunk green? What color are the leaves? Study the trunk. It it soft? Is it hard and shriveled? Could the plant have been exposed to an extreme amount of heat or cold in the past month? Is there excessive algae growth? We may request that you email us a photo.
