- A. CUSTOMER FILLS OUT COMPLETE INFORMATION ON OUR ORDER FORM. This will give us everything we need to know. The order form was made so you can take your time to fill it in, double-check if all information is correct, and order a single or several items to be shipped to you. If three or more are sent to one address, shipping is free! You can also order gifts to be sent to different addresses at the same time! This allows savings on multiple orders compared to our eBay Store.
B. WHEN INFORMATION IS COMPLETE, CLICK THE PAYMENT BUTTON. Click a button to transfer to PayPal's secure website and complete payment. Customers having PayPal accounts can log in with their passwords and authorize payment. Those who do not have PayPal accounts will be invited to create one, but the payment can be made without creating a PayPal account.
C. WHEN PAYMENT IS COMPLETE, RETURN TO THE FUKU-BONSAI WEBSITE. There is a generous space on the order form for customers to write an email note with special instructions, suggestions, comments, etc. When complete, click "SUBMIT" and the information on the form will come to us. Allow two days for us to select and prepare your order for shipping and we'll ship it on the next Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday to arrive two days later to any part of the United States.
