It is impossible to give an ironclad warranty once the Micro-Lobster Introductory Aquariums (with or without Canister Light Kits) are out of our control. Our True Indoor Bonsai Limited Warranty covers only plants shipped directly from the nursery but does not cover plants purchased from our retailer accounts. But because the Micro-Lobster Introductory Aquariums still have not been on the market long enough to be fully tested, we will exhibit good faith and pledge to quickly resolve and address problems even when the Micro-Lobsters were purchased from our licensed dealers and handcarried home. But because of the high expertise required, we will not take responsibility for Micro-Lobsters shipped by others. We require that customers also exhibit good faith and provide purchase date, proof of purchase, where purchased, and respond to requests for additional information.
FUKU-BONSAI'S MICRO-LOBSTER LIMITED WARRANTY: "Fuku-Bonsai pledges fairness and guarantees safe arrival of items that we ship; and if your Micro-Lobster item is received in unsatisfactory or damaged condition, CONTACT FUKU-BONSAI BY FAX OR EMAIL WITHIN 10 DAYS with a written report to formally register a claim. A verbal phone message will not be sufficient to register a claim."
6-MONTHS LIMITED MICRO-LOBSTER WARRANTY: "If you follow all directions including no feeding, keeping in low light and above 65°F; and the system crashes and all Micro-Lobsters die, we will replace the Micro-Lobsters upon completion of the survey form on the website with a dated copy of proof of purchase. In the event the system crashes after 6 months, we will provide the original number of Micro-Lobsters for a reasonable fee to cover creatures, packing, and shipping costs."
